Anne Stevens
Executive Director
Anne received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, her teaching licenses in Emotional Behavior Disabilities and Specific Learning Disabilities, and her Master’s degree in Special Education from Edgewood College. Anne has worked in the Madison Metropolitan School District and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Athletic Department Academic Services staff. In 2017, Anne joined The Arc-Dane County.

Suzanne Godfrey
Director of Development
Sue Godfrey brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, having contributed to more than 15 organizations in roles ranging from volunteer to Board of Director. She holds an Economics degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and an MBA with a specialization in Business Analytics from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. In September 2024, Sue joined The Arc - Dane County, leveraging her expertise in operations, business development, and leadership. She is passionate about equity and inclusion and is excited to bring her talents to The Arc - Dane County.
Nathaniel Lentz
Director of Outreach and Advocacy
Nathaniel is a self-advocate who joined The Arc-Dane County in February of 2024. He is involved with BPDD, People First Wisconsin, The Arc of the United States, and many other organizations.

Jordan is an accounting and finance professional who currently works at a local company in the biosciences industry.
